staff are nice and friendly
The rooms and the pool with the fireplace I enjoyed. Close to all kinds of activities and restaurants. The weekend evening manager and front desk supervisor were really great!
I specifically requested a room in a quiet area away from the elevators, and the gentlemen working at the front desk said no problem. Well guess what? I got a room right in front of an elevator. As soon as I walked thru the room, I noticed dust bunnies all over the clean towels in the bathroom as well as collected dust on light fixtures. I called the front desk and spoke to Patrick to change rooms and they said “we cannot help you out at this moment, please be patient till tom morning, latest 12PM.” They did not offer to cle... read more
Amy at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. housekeeping staff was very sweet and friendly. Good looking property and bad ass rooms.
