I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rosa, who made my check-in process delightful. She had a warm demeanor, a genuine smile, and went out of her way to answer all my questions. Despite arriving ahead of my check-in time, Rosa kindly assisted me with the Wi-Fi, bathroom codes, and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn in Howell, MI recently, and I have to say how impressed we were. Its overall appearance from the outside can fool you, as once you enter the doors and are warmly greeted by the hostess into an immaculate impressive foyer with hot coffee and tea selections, it gives the feel of a much more expensive hotel. We have stayed here several times. This past week we were there and had the pleasure of meeting Lydia and Shanecka. Visiting from out of town and our relative met us in the lobby. Lydia went above and beyond to fix us a fresh pot of coffee and did it with a smile. Both ladies were just a pleasure. When we checked in we asked to switch to a Handicap Acc room, and they did it without any problem. This will definitely be where we continue to stay. Thank you ladies for making our visit nice!
Jan. 9th 2025 Had a very short stay at the Hampton Inn in Pawtucket RI it was a very pleasant visit. The staff was more than courteous and very helpful. The morning breakfast was all anyone could ask for, plenty of everything to go around. Rooms were spacious a clean Plenty of parking and easy access to I95. Would recommend if your in the area, by all means stay there.
I stayed there 12/30/24 and 12/31/24. The staff was not Plesant at all. No good morning . Nothing to make the stay nicer in any way. Coffee in the lobby was always out couldnt get any in the room No complementary water .Had to pay 2.99 for a small bottle. TV in the workout room didnt work. We stayed there for the Island View Casino's New Years Party. Will not stay there again
To the faculty mangers of the Hilton hotels. I have stayed in a Hilton hotel in Livermore Pleasanton, San Diego. Each one has design problems for the handicap rooms and bathrooms. There are no bars in the bathroom by toilet or shower. Each time I almost fall while using the bathroom. I’m handicap and need help using the bathroom. Why is there no bars in the bathroom? The other big problem is the bed is up against the heating and cooling unit. I need to get my wheelchair on that side of the bed. I can’t move the bed. Ha... read more
i stayed here at the hampton inn in manheim over the christmas break with my kids. we were supposed to have stayed at another Hilton owned hotel in the area but their indoor pool was closed during the days we were going to be staying. so i booked here instead because no pool was a deal breaker for my kids. we stayed 4 nights. all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was really good as well. room was super clean. i also work at a hampton inn and im pretty impressed with this location. the only suggestion... read more
If I could give 20 stars I definitely would. I stayed at the Hampton Inn on DuPont Rd. The entire staff is extremely nice & very accommodating. The General Manager there is beyond words. He is so professional, helpful, & he shows through action that He REALLY Cares. I've never felt like this in a hotel before-a Home feel, down to earth, clean, awesome breakfast, safe location, etc. The GM Manager Mr. Mustafa here is superb, has Awesome Leadership, & Let's just say this hotel is Heaven on earth.
