Had to get a room at another hotel because the a/c will only go to 67 degrees in the entire hotel. Lost my money at this hotel because I booked through hotels dot com.

Had no issues with the stay but now I cannot seem to get my $50 hold on my card back. I called the front desk, they told me to check with my bank...called the bank and they have no showing that a $50 hold is being returned. Every time I call I seem to get the run around that they "don't know what's up with it, it's probably your bank." I'd just say to watch before they try to take money from you for nothing! When you're a recent college grad making next to nothing, that money isn't just chunk change!
My absolute favorite. Great service .amazing sauna , unique rooms .Good security.Near tons of great shopping , restaurants , med spas , salons and hospitals.
Hotel was great, love the decor. Bar was fun and great music.
Nice and quite. Bed was super comfy. Service was awesome as well.
I had a great experience at NYLO. I love the industrial decor ! Front desk service was very friendly as well as our server at dinnner. Will definitely stay again.
