So far, my experience here is not good. Staff is very rude and has not offered to help me in any way (I am traveling alone and I am disabled/depend on a wheelchair). I was told that I would have to wait until 4pm for my room and now they're telling me that there is no guarantee that the room will be ready at 4pm, that I may have to wait longer. There are also a bunch of hidden fees that I was unaware of until I arrived. So far, I am not impressed. Book somewhere else.

Well they got us on this one. Can’t tell from the pics but next door under major construction, toilet not bolted down, walls paper thin, $15 breakfast taste strange, room smells like animals, beds uncomfortable (you will sleep every other night). I wasn’t going to write this but went to check out a day early and the front desk clerk put it over the edge with “I don’t know how to check you out a day early…” This place is not worth the money.

I travel consistently to this particular hotel in Tucker because of their hospitality. Everyone goes above and beyond. Sidon at the front desk whom I have mostly dealt with has consistently made my business travel comfortable, safe and complete. I would highly recommend staying here at the Hilton.

Where do I start? 1. Fees that are intentionally misleading and not disclosed. 2. Fees that are credits that they intentionally do not credit so you have to spend 30 minutes on the phone with your credit card company and the hotel to get. They intentionally assume that many will not spend the time. Scam. 3. Unbelievably rude front desk staff. I was called a 'jackass' when I disputed their illegal charges.

I had a lovely experience at this spa! The receptionist actually got me in early and was very welcoming and pleasant. The waiting area was very relaxing and well-appointed. I had a very short wait before I was welcomed by Samantha who did my Luxe Pedicure. It was so relaxing and she is just a lovely person and very enjoyable to talk too! I highly recommend Samantha and The Flowering Almond spa! I will definitely be a return customer!

I travel for business every week and used to trust that my property was safe, but my wallet was stolen at this hotel, and management glossed it over. I arrived late at night and didn't leave my hotel room until the morning. I got the time for my meeting wrong due to time zones, and was in a rush. Not good- the staff was nice and tried to help but the rooms are completely a bait and switch. We booked a king and the staff calls it a king but the mattress label on the bed calls it a queen. Bathroom was so small and had loose tiles on the floor. Linens dirty and shower clogged. We went across the street to Hyatt place. So much better , free breakfast and real king beds.

Accomadations disappointing, embassy suites hosting ladies conference in Feb, but no lodging available, all I've gotten is keep calling back maybe we will have a cancellation by then. When hosting should help find other accomadations if fully booked.Looking forward to conference but frustrated with hotels. God must be sending some awesome blessings, the devil doesn't want us there! No room at the inn.....can't rate haven't had the pleasure.
