i stayed here at the hampton inn in manheim over the christmas break with my kids. we were supposed to have stayed at another Hilton owned hotel in the area but their indoor pool was closed during the days we were going to be staying. so i booked here instead because no pool was a deal breaker for my kids. we stayed 4 nights. all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was really good as well. room was super clean. i also work at a hampton inn and im pretty impressed with this location. the only suggestion... read more

If I could give 20 stars I definitely would. I stayed at the Hampton Inn on DuPont Rd. The entire staff is extremely nice & very accommodating. The General Manager there is beyond words. He is so professional, helpful, & he shows through action that He REALLY Cares. I've never felt like this in a hotel before-a Home feel, down to earth, clean, awesome breakfast, safe location, etc. The GM Manager Mr. Mustafa here is superb, has Awesome Leadership, & Let's just say this hotel is Heaven on earth. Home2 Suites 1704 Marsha Sharp in Lubbock: Thank you for the wonderful check in experience! The manager, Jessica (maybe Jennifer) was super nice and accommodating. She met all of our needs on a recent stay. In an emergency situation when you have to literally get in the car and drive 2.5 hours away, we knew we may not find lodging. We pulled into the nearest Home2 Suites. We will definitely make this hotel our go to when we are in town. Thank you Manager Jessica.

Hotel gave my room to someone else and at 1am a random couple walks in my hotel room while I was asleep. I screamed, they screamed, then they ran out. After getting ID'd and quested I was told I would get refunded. I was charged double and not refunded...

We stayed 2 nights for my sons wedding across the street. We had 2 hotel options to book with but unfortunately chose Garden inn. We had Multiple families and all had same complaint. Staff was very rude and not helpful. No Heat in all rooms (42 deg out). We had no extra bedding even though I was in a suite that slept more that 4. I was charged more then room rate because the suites are not listed on site. The smaller rooms are and had that rate changed since wedding party was quoted more than advertised. I was there July 21 for the weekend. The stay and the service were horrible . We requested towels and bath cloths at 10am and they arrived at 2:30pm. I called numerous times and was told they were coming and never arrived . We stayed in the Brighton building. I walked every floor in search of an ice machine only to discover there wasn’t one in the building . There was one plate and one coffee cup. One roll of tissue as well . We requested more tissue as well and it never arrived . We ended up leaving the grounds and purchase... read more

So far, my experience here is not good. Staff is very rude and has not offered to help me in any way (I am traveling alone and I am disabled/depend on a wheelchair). I was told that I would have to wait until 4pm for my room and now they're telling me that there is no guarantee that the room will be ready at 4pm, that I may have to wait longer. There are also a bunch of hidden fees that I was unaware of until I arrived. So far, I am not impressed. Book somewhere else.

Well they got us on this one. Can’t tell from the pics but next door under major construction, toilet not bolted down, walls paper thin, $15 breakfast taste strange, room smells like animals, beds uncomfortable (you will sleep every other night). I wasn’t going to write this but went to check out a day early and the front desk clerk put it over the edge with “I don’t know how to check you out a day early…” This place is not worth the money.
