The hotel has potential it is nicely decorated and clean but the staff needs additional training, the quoted me the wrong price on the reservation and emailed it to me but would not honor it. The pool filter system was not working I told management they check the ph but did not fix the filter. The restaurant/bar is way overpriced, they are charging NYC prices in Plano, TX. The restaurant was great, wait staff perfect!! The pool was delightful! Front desk was kind! My room was gorgeous. Either my shower didn t work properly or I just didn't know how to use it. Regardless it was a wonderful stay!!! I'll be coming again!

Good location. Rooms are comfortable. Industrial decor. Small pool. I would stay here again. Pet friendly!
