I bought a used BMW 530i here in the springtime, and I wished I had never visited this location. Horrible experience shopping for this vehicle. I spent 5 hours during my first visit and then another 3 hours on my second visit. Should have learned my lession. They rush you into a contract promising all kinds of great service and warranty coverage, then once you drive off they don’t know you anymore. They offer very little service for the little things you start to find wrong with the vehicle that seem to always fall short of being covered by the their “Lifetime Warranty”.
Worst car purchase I've ever made. These people are liars and crooks. No one returns calls and they have no managers in charge. DO NOT BUY FROM NYLE MAXWELL!!!
