Today my service advisor was Alex. Alex was incredibly kind, personable and knowledgeable. He got me into a loaner without a lot of wasted time and had me back on my way to work quickly. This has not been my experience in the past. Alex provided a status update call and also rode with me in the vehicle to make sure I was 110% satisfied with the repair. He was wonderful to work with
Firestone quoted me $3200 to repair my trucks A/C. I called up Wayne to see if he could help me out. He and his crew determined that some of the items quoted by firestone were not necessary to get my A/C back up and cooling. Thank you Wayne for taking care of me.

I called the parts department and spoke to J.J. He is in the parts department and would not give me a part number. Said it was the policy of his company. If the managers are reading this. I think it is sad and you should change your policy.
In for first oil change on truck purchased 10/16.Service was done promptly. All was taken care of.Will be back for next service @ due time.

The key to excellent service and customer satisfaction is the service manager. Scott Murray is the reason I go to Nyle Maxwell for service and new vehicle purchases.
The team was great and very responsive, I was asked multiple times if I had been helped while I was standing in the service lobby. Everyone was friendly and Anthony was great and made me aware of the maintenance items on my truck schedule and what I thought was commendable was he didn't continue to try and push the schedule on me.
