experience was good initially but when promices not kept Sales Manager Mitch Beatty will not return calls (3 in a month) to resolve, very disapointed
Took my truck in a few years ago to have the transmission serviced. They replaced the torque converter and it appeared to be fixed. A few years later the same issues are occurring and I take it to another dealer who determines that Maxwell damaged the replacement trans filter during installation. Maxwell's service manager Rick Wheeler's opinion was something should have happened while it was under warranty otherwise they couldn't care less. This would be the 2nd time I've had issues with Maxwell's service department and shod... read more

Women and non-car savy people beware... I will admit that I do not know a lot about cars. I know enough about general maintenance and upkeep but when it comes to potential major issues I'm not a mechanic or car expert by any means. And being a woman on top of that and having heard horror stories from friends and families of experiences they have had being taken advantage of purchasing used cars I wanted to go to a reputable dealer.
