Kim and Misty from the research Blvd branch are the best customer service people I have ever seen, they are very professional and compassionate. The dealership itself is well organized and super accurate in estimates and timeline.

This place is not a trustworthy place. We brought in our crashed vehicle and signed the paperwork thinking the insurance would take of everything as the lady (Kim) on the front desk said, only to find out that they knew was a total loss from the beginning and they did a blue print… we had to pay almost $500 out of the almost $8000 initially being charged. Nyle Maxwell collision is a phenomenal body shop. We brought our black RAM 1500 that was severely damaged. When it was repaired it looked like new. The metallic paint was matched to perfection and we loved the constant communication and updates we received from Kim and Misty. We highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for repair. Your car will look and drive like a dream after you pick it up from the shop. It will be fixed RIGHT. Thanks guys!
