This is the absolute best experience I've had anywhere in a long time. They took the time to repair my vehicle and make it better than perfect, and kept me up to date the whole time. They did all the work with my insurance company, and I've never loved my vehicle more than when I got it back from Kim and Misty over at Nyle Maxwell Collision. 10/10 Experience!!!!!!
Don't work on Fords apparently. Yet if you read the owners description it says their technicians are trained/certified to work on All Makes and Models. Go figure🙄.
This review is long overdue, but I'd like others to be aware of my experience. My vehicle was brought in due to a claim. Unfortunately, I had to return multiple times due to the vehicle paint not being the correct color as well as dents still being visible. Staff was hit or miss. Thankfully, making the claim part was easy, and communication with the adjuster was great, unfortunately the repair was a long and frustrating process.
The only shop I recommend to get your repairs completed. Great customer service and very capable repair technicians.
Kim was very helpful in providing updates to me about the progress on the repairs to my car. There were several issues that caused delays and she always kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. She is a truly genuine person and really helped
