Absolutely fantastic service! There was a mixup with my plates for my new truck (ended up being our fault in the end) and I asked Alex to look into it while our 2 cars were there for service while we went to lunch. Alex said she'd handle it and get me an update. I find out after lunch she's got nothing to do with plates and that she doesn't normally handle that kind of thing. But instead of telling me this, she just handles it and gets me the info I needed to resolve the plate issuing. That doesn't happen much in the service... read more
