I bought a washer and dryer from this company. The dryer was making a vibration sound, so I called them. The repairman tried to tell me that it was the element making the noise and was normal. I used to work in a repair place so know that's not true, but he was rude and said it had a good warranty on so run until breaks. We used to trade with this company for years, and the customer service sucks big time now. Will not contact them again.
