Seeing Dr Tint has been good. But office staff do not answer their phones to save their life.
Yeah, the doctor is great, but there’s no way in hell that you can get through to the office to make an appointment. This is my second day of calling and still can’t get through. Pretty pissed off at this moment
Horrible customer service, never received a call confirming my appointment and when I called they stated they had left me a voicemail which they did not. Now I have to wait 2 months for an appointment.
How sad are all these reviews since Dr Tint is a great doctor, but unfortunately, the office is horrible. People complaint of waiting 25 minutes on hold. I’ve waited 45 just to have my call terminated or hung upon just after they’ve answered. Referrals take forever even when you emphasized the urgency of seeing a specialist. If you leave a message for Dr. Tint, she gets it all distorted, not what you told them. The young girl in the glasses, she either doesn’t know how to write or gives a shit about getting the message right... read more
