We’ve worked with a lot of GCs over the years. Communication isn’t always perfect, but most at least make an effort. Nyecon doesn’t bother. Submit an RFI and watch it disappear into the void. No response, no acknowledgment, no timeline, nothing. As a subcontractor, you’re left guessing, making field decisions that shouldn’t be yours to make, and absorbing the risk that comes with it.
