Jon and the service department are amazing. They always take car of my car with any issues I may have!
They contacted me to purchase a VW from me. I did not seek them. Then they were rude and insulting about the car. If you contact me and you know ahead what the car is don’t be rude and arrogant. I would tell people there are much more ethical dealers nearby in Syracuse - well worth the extra time to go to someplace with ethics.
I thought the sales person was great, until after the sale. Response was a little slower then.
