Called to have a toilet that wouldn't flush, fixed. He ran a toilet snake through, which did not fix the issue. He said it could be something stuck in toilet. Great, so maybe fix it? That's why I called. He just said it'll be $40... So, I guess I'll be fixing the issue myself. Not sure why I was charged $40 for him to spend 3 minutes on the issue and leave without a remedy. I can't speak for his hvac service, but if you need a plumber, call someone else. His knowledge with plumbing seems to be very limited.
