Iola Pustelnik is an amazing practitioner. She spent unhurried time with me listening to my list of challenges. She was thorough, competent and compassionate. I came away from my visit feeling so much better emotionally and also with a mutually agreed upon treatment plan. The office is in a very quiet, residential area and felt so refreshing and different from the sterile, clinical offices and 8 minute appointments that prevail today. I will continue coming here for great care!
Thank you Dr Nye and team for guiding my baby into this world through all the ups and downs of gestational diabetes etc. Everyone on team knew what they were doing and were experienced professionals who we could trust with all the details. We thank you all! Wish you were not retiring from delivery for our next one!
I’ve debated on leaving this review for 7.5 months but if i can help another woman, it’s worth it. If you’re wanting to have Dr. Nye deliver your baby, i wouldn’t recommend her. everyone else at this practice is 10/10!!! Dr. Nye, when it comes to visits, was kind and accommodating and acted supportive. When it came time to have my baby, she rushed me, steamrolled me into breaking my water after i decline twice, and soon there after I was having an emergency c section. I’m in my early 20s. I once had a fantastic appointment with a NPWH gyno recommended to me by an outside practitioner. However: unless you have connections to another outside practitioner that has better doctor jargon than you, you can depend on the fact that you will be a second class citizen. NPWH will not make themselves available to you in an urgent care situation in any timely manner.
