My grandpa was put onto hospice, and Nye Health's policy was only to allow the immediate kids 20 minutes a day to see him. Even though we weren't sure if he would make it through the night, that was the most they would let them visit him. I wish I would have know that because there are other options that allow the family to be with them.
Recommend that you don't use them! Undependable to get patient to medical appointments, let one medication run and we had to ask them to reorder. One day patient didn't receive breakfast or any morning medications. This all happened while the State was there on an inspection.
RecommendedMy Mom Marjorie Widman was at Nye Square for 8 years. She was always very active, hardly in her room, loved all the activities. The last 2 years of her blessed life was at Nye Pointe, where the dementia was slowly getting worse. All I can say is I can’t thank all the staff and nurses that helped myself and my Mom during this difficult time. You are all WONDERFUL! Five stars! Mage Maly daughter of Marjorie Widman.
I really love my job, at regency square.. like yesterday I had a song stuck in my head and I started singing it and one of the residents started dancing so I joined in and we just busted out laughing.. I got told twice I am doing a great job.. when I come in in the morning I talk to the residents.. we both ask how r day is going so far, so we tell each other jokes... that's the best part of my day is being able to talk and help them!!!!
I've been employed through Nye for over a year and I couldn't have asked for a better facility. I love the atmosphere and the people. Great company all around!
The best facility I have ever worked at! I have the best co-workers (nye family)I wouldn't trade them! We have amazing team work, communication! We all LOVE what we do and to see our residents smile is what makes what we do so rewarding!

I have a family member that is a resident at Nye and absolutely love the care she is getting. The place is amazing, the food is good and we know she is well cared for. Thanks Nye Services for a job well done.
