Sharing this review as a warning to all who may be considering utilizing this office for services. Caution!!! And read The first review , this is a follow up. After they're incompetent , phlebotomist was unable to draw my blood, "Rima" offers a resolution.. For me to return days later and have it drawn again. As much of an inconvenience that was, I did return and while I was there , she proceeded to blame Me, the Patient As the reason the phlebotomist could not perform her function last time. I have been visiting NYC DOCS for nearly two years. The staff is truly diverse and attentive to all nationalities. I felt most comfortable with Doctor Tannis Nowshin, FNP, who demonstrated a great deal of patience and understanding regarding my needs. All the doctors are exceptional, and I encourage patience if they occasionally mispronounce your name—they genuinely care. The community here is committed and supportive.
