This is a nice office with friendly staff. However, when I was in the room, the doctor called in one of the front desk ladies. I think her name starts with a J to discuss my treatment. I’m sorry I don’t want to shame anyone but I could barely focus on what she was saying because of the strong odor coming from her mouth, and I couldn’t help but notice the plaque on her teeth. Working at a dental office, having breath and teeth like that is definitely something that should be addressed.
The other day I had my first appointment at NYC Dental for a cleaning. Overall, it went well😃The practice itself is pretty clean with friendly staff. I was seen by Dr. Remer and I believe I am in good hands😁👍🏼 I plan on returning for my dental exams and check ups!
I had an excellent experience at NYC Dental of Upper East Side. The office is lovely and the staff is professional and thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone.
I’ve only visited twice, but I have no complaints. Both times I arrived early and experienced little to no wait I was in and out quickly. The establishment is clean and well kept, and today’s visit was especially impressive. Honestly it was the best cleaning I’ve had in all my years of going to the dentist
Bad bad experience with them. I was a patient for almost a year and half two years with them. This place is a scam. Every cleaning was bad they would never do a good job my teeth never were properly cleaned(they would take 5minutes) then everytime I would see the dentist they would try to sell me something that was not needed. The last time I went there (I don’t remember the name of the dentist) he told me I had cavities and almost cavities on my wisdom and I would need to remove immediately and put collagen plugs which is e... read more
