What a lifesaver! Called at 11:00pm when our school group had cancelled flights! Needed to get our 50+ kids and chaperones onto 1-2 buses to the hotel. Johnny was extraordinary— he helped troubleshoot because it was late and a coach bus wasn’t possuble. We chat thru options — recommend local hotels at LaGuardia with shuttles, but they were sold out. By 11:30pm he stayed in touch by text and was organizing his team a mix of vans and SUVs to pick up our group. The alternative wouldve been these kids sleeping at the airport. Th... read more
