They did a great job with the air conditioning! Even with the Texas heat, the inside stayed nice and cool. The only area I think they could improve is the smoke ventilation, it could definitely use a little more attention. The service was great, and the overall experience was enjoyable. I’ll definitely be visiting again! Oh, and did I mention the DJ was on FIRE?! 🔥🔥🔥 The music and energy were on point! 🎶

First time at NYC Lounge and honestly had a really good experience. The customer service was everything. Mariah and Amber were very friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. We enjoyed our night and will definitely return.

NYC Lounge was definitely a good time! The service was great, the atmosphere was nice, and everybody was welcoming. Amber was especially sweet and made sure we were good the whole time. Definitely enjoyed myself!
