I was desperate! They told me that there was a problem with the fuel pump and I had no idea how it was going to cost me to fix it. I was thankfully in luck and it turned out they were friendly and honest. They explained that it was going to be an easy fix and I could pick my car up in two days. My vehicle was overheating and they fixed the problem in about an hour! I was so happy with the service, I will definitely be recommending this place. Tim answered all my questions and was friendly to boot. If you have problems with your vehicle, go to NYC tire and auto care.
My car broke down and AAA brought me here, thank goodness. They were quick and friendly. They even had Wi-Fi in the waiting room that I could use on my phone while waiting for my car to be done, and they had coffee and TV to watch. Hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever been while waiting for my car. Great service.
I needed new tires on my car, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I checked NYC tire and auto care and they had great prices! The best service and my car was ready the next day. I would recommended this place to anyone who needs repairs or new tires. I will definitely be back
I dropped my car off at 9:30am today for an oil change, they told me it would take about 2 hours to finish. I came back about 15 min early and saw my car sitting outside, I was about to get angry because I thought they hadn’t even started, but when I asked the man behind the desk he told me it was done in record time. I brought my car to NYC tire and auto care for a wheel alignment. I’ve been bringing it here for a long time and their service is always great. I love how they check my car and make suggestions on service, since I’m not so great on keeping up with maintenance on my own. They’ve always done a great job – I recommend them to all my friends. I will definitely continue to use NYC tire and auto care, by far my favorite repair facility. RECOMMENDED
I happened upon this place by accident one day and was so glad that I did! The customer service is awesome here, they followed through on everything, even on pickup (usually places keep my car way longer than they initially quote). Mike called me with a repair suggestion which I actually already knew about, but hadn’t told them. i was in NYC visiting while the car i was using broke down. I called AAA and was picked up by NYC tire and auto care. I felt that the guys there were reliable and knowledgeable. They had me up and running within a very short time for not a lot of money. I am really grateful for the hard work they did to get me on my way!
