Very bad experience with front desk staff.
What a fantastic group of doctors and staff! I had a major crisis, they made time for me every day this week. This group of doctors really care about the patients. It's worth the wait to know you are getting individualized care. Staff is friendly and understanding. Highly recommend!!
On Aug 2.2024 I had an appointment at noon.The office was crowded,,so I waited about 45 minutes then decided to reschedule. I left and by the time I got home there was a voicemail from the doctor office. A technician by the name of Joel Olivo left me the most heartfelt apology about the long wait time . I am 66yrs old and I never had a doctors office apologize for making me wait. I saved the voicemail
Dr. Feistmann was Excellent. It was a complicated procedure. I felt no pain. And found the experience to be unique. Because I was awake during the procedure, I found it to be fascinating. I would recommend Dr, Jonathan Feistmann to anyone. He is the best.
