Our HVAC system went out during the coldest weekend of the year. We got quotes from five contractors before we spoke with Xavi, and not one of them mentioned that our current system was actually too strong for our space, so we were losing efficiency. Xavi gave us a quote for a new, LESS powerful system that was better suited to our apartment, and came in under every other contractor we had spoken to! I would HIGHLY recommend NYC Refrigeration Mechanics.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Xavier was incredibly responsive, thorough, and thoughtful in completing the ductwork for our dryer. The scope of work and pricing were clearly explained upfront with no surprises. NYC Refrigeration Mechanic Corp came highly recommended by a building manager on the Upper East Side, and we can see why. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
Xavi and team were terrific! When our former service company could not find a solution to our issue, they came in and found not only one but two solutions and saved the day during the hottest time of the summer. Could not have been more impressed - and grateful!!
I’ve worked with Xavi on multiple service calls and he has always been great to work with. He’s professional, respectful, reliable, and always willing to help when we need support, even when things are time-sensitive. Communication is solid, he keeps me updated, and he does a great job helping us get repairs handled quickly. I really appreciate Xavi and the level of service he provides, definitely someone I’m always comfortable calling for refrigeration work.
I've been using NYC Refrigeration for years now and I can only speak highly of their services. They are very knowledgeable, the crew is always friendly, and they work efficiently. They always accommodate the work to your needs and leave the place clean. Xavier and his team handle everything from HVAC to freezers and refrigerators. I highly recommend their services for peace of mind
