He’s professional, respectful, reliable, and always willing to help when we need support, even when things are time-sensitive. They are a reliable go-to in case of emergencies, and for our biannual cooling tower clean; they protect our walk-in fridges and freezers during building shutdown and bring them back to life and monitor them after waterflow restores to the system. Working with NYC REFRIGERATION MECH CORP the past, our fridges have needed less attention because they are functioning properly.
