Absolutely DISGUSTED with the women who run the front desk. Attitude out of the you know what! How do you let a patient do a follow up check, speak to them THREE times, let the patient complete the exam to then surprise them with a fee. If the patient has a fee to pay that the insurance doesn’t care it’s your job to make sure the patients parent/guardian is aware of it before they see the doctor. Not once did either of the rude women upfront let me know a single thing about it from when I called to rescheduled my sons first ... read more
