Very disappointing experience. I paid about $380 out of pocket for my child’s glasses, and my insurance was billed about $100. After only a month of normal use, the frames broke. When I returned to the store, I was told there is no warranty for kids’ glasses and that I would have to pay another $100 for replacement frames. After making me wait about 30 minutes while arguing with the glasses company, the owner said they could “discount” it to $70 but kept repeating that they “need to make a profit.” The owner was rude and sho... read more
