My arm got sliced and I was blessed to have Anastasia as a nurse. She gave me over a dozen stitches with such precision I thought she had 20 years under her belt. She is overqualified to say the least and I’m grateful to to have my healing process started by such an awesome Doctor!
My experience was extremely comforting and each staff member I encountered was absolutely amazing. The bed side manner of each Doctor, nurse, PCA or even down to the maintenance and transportation aide. They all were excellent to me and I thank them for that!
recently moved due to housing to the Bronx and started my care at Lincoln. i was greeted warmly when i checked in at the clinic to meet my new primary care doctor that metroplus assigned. i was very comfortable and impressed by dr. mason blake pimsler. hedid not make me feel any shame or embarrasment about past drug and alcohol use and made me laugh. i feel like he is more friend. if i get relocated in housing again i will still go to lincoln because dr. pimsler was like dr. oz and staff very nice
I want to personally thank Margally Torres for her outstanding support during our recent SICU visit. She went above and beyond to help us see our cousin during a very emotional and stressful time. Even when some of the staff were less than kind, Margally remained calm, professional, and compassionate. She made sure we were heard and kept us informed every step of the way.
