To be candid, I am deeply dissatisfied with the subsequent experience at the Jacobi ER. Despite the staff’s recommendation to schedule an appointment at another clinic in a different building, the process has been exceptionally arduous. Not only was I informed that the referral was only valid for that specific clinic, despite the Jacobi ER’s instructions to make an appointment, but I have been unable to reach anyone on the phone. I have had my care neglected by Dr. Sen Milan since August, 6 2020. I would go so far as to say that the procedures that he has been performing on me were fake, in order to waste my time. I have initiated the steps necessary to take legal action. I would like for my surgery to be commenced, and for me to be healed.
