My head been through war
Came here after a car accident and was sitting in the lobby for hours!! My friend who had an open gash on her leg had to wait four hours just to get stitches after being in pain the entire time. They take forever to discharge you and all the new staff keep introducing themselves without giving any follow up. Horrible service DONT COME HERE
I called today to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told there were no appointments available until June, which I understand. However, before I could ask about alternatives or book a June appointment, the front desk representative hung up on me. As a potential new patient, this felt very dismissive and unprofessional.
