The place was terrible and the lady in front desk on the second floor when we were about to check us in for my child appointment she wasn’t there. Plus the next 10 minutes we was talking to the front desk name crystal to check us again she wasn’t want to check us in and denied care for my son appointment. She was racist and arrogant but she check on another patient she confirmed another parent. That Gotham health clinic needs to shut down ASAP!. The worse pediatric clinic I've ever been to. First & foremost I made an appointment on August 13th for my son, the young lady at reception kept telling me "yes" multiple times and confirmed that Dr.Jordan is able to see my son at 9 am on Thursday, 8/20.
