On Tuesday, June 23, 2026, I had an appointment with Harriet McKinley. Her comments towards my health were inappropriate. I feel like there was a lack of care or interest in my appointment. Please do better.
the people used to be so friendly but not anymore. i can’t get anything I need done and if i ask more questions all i get is misdirection and attitude.
When it first opened it was great but it went downhill pretty bad. Every time you come for a routine check up they take an extra 3-4 tubes of blood just for STD tests. I'm like dude i just want to check my cholesterol, I don't need a full STD blood work every 6 months. They constantly push unnecessary vaccines and flu shots. And finally the new doctor they have there are pushy and arrogant and don't listen to their patients needs. I transferred to a new doctor with the quick fast.
From the receptionist to the nurses and lab my experience with the clinic was out standing. I was in and out within a reasonable time. My provider answered all my questions and concerns. This clinic has so much to offer. I give it a 10+
