This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. My Dr. Jennifer Ofosu Adade is the worst PCP there. This is my second appointment with her,and yeah I'm switching. I'm explaining my prior health complications with her and she really don't care. I was told I have to find my own Cardiologist, Pulmonogist, and so on. Today, I went to my doctor’s appointment scheduled to see Dr Jean Claude at 6:00 PM for a routine check-up. I arrived on time, checked in, and was welcomed by two front desk staff members who were polite and professional. They check in me quickly and had a great conversation with me regarding finance etc.. we were having great time and then they asked me to wait, and everything seemed to be in order. This review is for the dental department on the 2nd floor in this building. The male receptionist and the elderly receptionist are the worst customer service representatives I have ever encountered. For years I’ve dealt with them because I like my son’s dentist who retired about 3-4 years ago, maybe less. Since she has retired the new male dentist is not friendly and has poor customer service as well. I’ve tried my best to stay with Black doctors and Black customer reps and I will continue because I want our community to win... read more
I strongly suggest someone from patient relations get in contact with me, being that its impossible to speak with anyone from the clinic on the phone.
