I have been a patient here for several years, but I won't suffer their terrible services any longer. After a busy spring, it came to my attention that I was overdue for my yearly blood work. A few weeks ago I booked an appointment, but it wasn't until this fall, so I sent a message to ask for the blood work to be done in advance. It took a week for a nurse to reply to me saying "You already had blood work done in May, wait until your appointment." While attending a program at the Harlem Parish next door, my mother of 91 had an non-emergency, urgent situation. We entered the facility not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with upmost respect and kindness. From the security detail at the door to the 2 receptionists at the window, these wonderful people worked collectively to get us what we need to attend the program comfortably. I am so thankful for the kindness and compassion that was extended to us.
The clinic is very clean , secure, quiet,they have good team work. The Staff, and the Admistration are professional The Doctors ,The Nurses and the pca taken care good all the patients professionally I recommend everyone to visit the Sydenham clinic 264 west 118 street Harlem. The clinic is one of the best clinic in New york city.
