I have been a patient here for several years, but I won't suffer their terrible services any longer. After a busy spring, it came to my attention that I was overdue for my yearly blood work. A few weeks ago I booked an appointment, but it wasn't until this fall, so I sent a message to ask for the blood work to be done in advance. It took a week for a nurse to reply to me saying "You already had blood work done in May, wait until your appointment." Apparently, they're trained to only read the first 4 numbers of a date, becaus... read more

While attending a program at the Harlem Parish next door, my mother of 91 had an non-emergency, urgent situation. We entered the facility not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with upmost respect and kindness. From the security detail at the door to the 2 receptionists at the window, these wonderful people worked collectively to get us what we need to attend the program comfortably. I am so thankful for the kindness and compassion that was extended to us.
