I had to wait 3 months to get an appointment. Two weeks out, I was notified that this time no longer suited the doctor. My appointment was rescheduled, and I would have had to wait another 30 days, after which I would no longer have health insurance.

The support staff including the RNs were excellent. Unfortunately, the doctor was a bust. The main reason for the visit was acute shoulder pain. Dr Win never bothered to even look at my shoulder. She ordered an xray which came back negative for dislocation or fracture. That was to be expected as had it been a fracture or dislocation, I would have gone to the ER. I will be making an appointment with a doctor that actually listens to my complaint.

This was my first time visiting the clinic, and I absolutely loved my experience. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, especially Dr. Witthauer, who was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions with care. On top of that, she is incredibly charismatic (and funny!). I would definitely come back.
