The support staff including the RNs were excellent. Unfortunately, the doctor was a bust. The main reason for the visit was acute shoulder pain. Dr Win never bothered to even look at my shoulder. She ordered an xray which came back negative for dislocation or fracture. That was to be expected as had it been a fracture or dislocation, I would have gone to the ER. I will be making an appointment with a doctor that actually listens to my complaint.

This was my first time visiting the clinic, and I absolutely loved my experience. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, especially Dr. Witthauer, who was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions with care. On top of that, she is incredibly charismatic (and funny!). I would definitely come back.

One star is too much in my case, it's incredible but my daughter had an appointment with Dr. Tabitha Witthauer for some vaccinations, said appointment was scheduled for 11:40, understanding that we should be there 20 minutes early, we informed her via phone that we would arrive a few minutes later specifically at 12:10 due to inconveniences we had with transportation along the way since we live very far away.
