As others have said, unusually rude and unpleasant receptionist lady.
Staff is alright, not crazy about the time it took to get my forms back but my main grievance with this clinic is with an individual there (not apart of the medical or front desk staff) I do NOT appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable.
Outdated advice, bad medical advice . Act like reflux doesn’t exist. Stay away from the Medicaid revolving door clinic . And the best part, act like you can’t get a second opinion or go to a hospital they didn’t “send” you to. They shouldn’t be allowed to get government funds from Medicaid.
