My experience with Cumberland Breast Radiology facility was disappointing. The front desk staff (Celest) was friendly, but the process lacked guidance and efficiency. They did not take the time to understand or review the link I provided in person with my previous mammograms and reports for the last 5 years, it felt like it was simply ignored.
