Well for me this is my first look at Cumberland hospital since I was born there, and that was 1968. I'm wondering if I should be proud of that after seeing some of these reviews

I was referred to this location for social work by my primary care Dr & I initially had an appointment for today 6/25 and I had found out on 6/25 that they rescheduled my appointment for yesterday 6/24 & cancelled my appointment without notifying me and making me aware of any changes to my appointment. Esta clinica es lo peor. las enfermeras y algunos recepcionistas son groseros y racistas y aparte de eso son lentos y nunca saben nada. Si vienen aqui preparence para esperar.

The front desk clerks on the 3rd floor are rude and display no professionalism whatsoever. Today my appointment was cancelled unbeknowns to me, I received no email, no text message and there was no indication of the cancellation in my chart. Instead of them apologising, which we do all the time when mistakes arise - I work in a hospital, they proceeded to ask me for my insurance card, which they already had a copy of; ok so I give it to her.
