I went in on Tuesday morning around 8:45 a.m. and was seen by 9:00 a.m. The nurse who helped me was incredibly kind and reassuring, which really eased my anxiety. This was my third test of the month, and it was by far the most pleasant experience! I took my test on 10/20 and received the results the next evening (10/21) — the fastest turnaround I’ve had. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and efficiency!

I was honestly scared to come here after seeing all the bad reviews but I had a good experience at my routine checkup with their obgyn department. The downstairs security was pleasant and once upstairs I was taken back to the patient area within 10 min of arriving. I had an 11am appt and by 12:15 was out the door. The place can definitely use some upgrades but overall no complaints, it was a positive experience.

NYC Health + Hospitals provides essential healthcare to all, with dedicated staff and wide services, though facilities can feel crowded and wait times are often long.

Well for me this is my first look at Cumberland hospital since I was born there, and that was 1968. I'm wondering if I should be proud of that after seeing some of these reviews

I was referred to this location for social work by my primary care Dr & I initially had an appointment for today 6/25 and I had found out on 6/25 that they rescheduled my appointment for yesterday 6/24 & cancelled my appointment without notifying me and making me aware of any changes to my appointment. They had to had changed it yesterday on 6/24 because I checked frequently to view messages and results on MyChart & there wasn’t any changes to the appointment until last min.
