I have no words to express ! Wish ratings can go beyond five…a I am a senior citizen In my life , I have yet to come across a Foot Doctor as competent like Dr Sapna Pandya She is soooooo precise, focused, professional, caring, I am overwhelmed ! Just three visits to her so far, for my foot issues pertaining to fingers… Her prescribing medicines, spray, ointments have helped me a lot & am fully confident to walk, which is most important as a Diabetic patient. I didn’t want to leave a bad review despite waiting over an hour in the office for an appointment I had booked. However, I just have to because one year after seeing a doctor in Dr. Pandya’s office, I received this bill in the mail. I called to clarify what the bill was for, and realized that the number provided on the bill was a third party that kept saying they had “left a message for the doctor” but had no power to do anything. The only reason the doctor does not get a perfect score is because her office waiting room was miserably, hot and stuffy, and oppressive, and the place was not particularly pleasant. But she is the best podiatrist I have seen out of many. She apologized for being a half an hour late, as did her staff, which was exceedingly nice and rare. She was knowledgeable, very friendly, and knew exactly how to treat what I had. I was very pleased with her and highly recommend her.
