I am SO IN LOVE with how my floor turned out. John and his team are responsive & provide excellent craftsmanship. They finished EARLY with no change orders, for John provides thoughtful estimates. He also navigated my co-op review process with ease. Roberto & Augusto led the installation and finishing, and the job execution is literally perfect! I chose white oak herringbone 3x18, select grade. I strongly recommend working with these delightful gentlemen, they exceeded my expectations every step of the way!
This is my third project with Jon. Working with Jon and his Team is always a joy. Jon is super responsive and has the technical know how to tackle projects of different scales and complexities. His Team is super efficient and the quality of the work is of the highest standard. Jon also has a showroom to source luxury floors for a very reasonable price. As pro as it gets. We needed a floor in a room redone on a short timeline. When we reached out, NYC Floor Pro was very responsive and got us a quote very quickly. They were able to get the workers same week. They were professional, very experienced, punctual. They sanded, stained and refinish our floor in no time. I would gladly use these guys again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs floors done with no hesitation.
