I used NYC Floor Pro to redo the floors in my apt. They ripped up my existing floor and replaced with a new floor. Highly recommend! John is no BS but also very patient and responsive. His crew is super professional, skilled, fast, and resourceful. Most of all, the work is beautiful.

Very smooth experience! John is very responsive, on time and the whole crew is professional. We also had some surprise during the renovation (like every renovation does) and John accommodated our change of schedule. He also paired us with a gc who turns out to be super helpful during the process!
