I honestly wish I could give them less than 1 star. They used to be a decent practice but lately they have gotten horrible. I was scheduled for a follow up in February and went to the office, stood outside ringing the bell for 10 mins and calling the office before I finally got through to someone. They informed me that the office was closed due to an emergency and they tried to send a text message to my office phone number.
