Terrible experience from start to finish. Sales tactics felt dishonest. Information kept changing. No clear answers to questions. Wait times were excessive. Promises were not kept. Support disappeared after purchase. Trust is clearly lacking here. One star is well deserved.

I personally believe 5 stars is not enough to give NYC auto…. they deserve all the recognition for such a great buying experience. Buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming but with Santiago and Joselyn’s help, I’ve never experienced an easier and smooth process.
