I called to inquire a simple email to get in touch with the property management. The secretary instead of giving me an email was talking to me like an AI that has glitches. I recently had the pleasure of working with this managment for my clients' purchase of a prewar co-op in Chelsea. The board package was extensive and needed extra paperwork and documents. Laura helped me with every detail and she even called me several times to review and infrom me of updates.
