A few years back we had an infant die suddenly and couldn't afford much and they made us a beautiful wreath for the funeral
Just absolutely terrible customer service. Refuses to take responsibility when they make a mistake. Same day delivery to a business is presumed to be delivered by 5 pm. If you are too busy to because of lack of staffing, you should say least call the customer to let them know that there will be a delay in delivery. Not make lame excuses or blame the service placing the order. This is not the first time I've had an issue with Nybacks. Time to look for another florist.
We have used nyback flowers for years and they always come fresh and pretty.
