Amazing service and people. Starting with my consult visit at the office on Piedmont Rd I felt right at home at Nyah. Everyone is always so professional and welcoming. I had 8 sessions for lazer hair removal for my lip, underarms and legs. Every tech was really nice but my favorite was Nakaela. She paid very good attention to detail and when I pointed out areas that needed attention she took care of it. She was great at explaining things and was just fun to chat with during my treatments. This Medspa feels very transactional and not welcoming. The providers didn't care about my laser history, and at check-in/out felt like they just wanted to get me out of the way, or sell me on more procedures.
They do such an amazing job. I’ve been going to them for a couple of years now for my laser hair removal. I would highly recommend them.
