Paula is the best!
After taking classes years ago with Paula I was spoiled. Paula is a true yogi. I find all of these instructors at different gyms around Rockland do not have the knowledge of the origins of poses or breath. Paula taught me the meaning of enlightenment, her light truly shines through into her work at every level. After many issues caused by Lyme I’m looking forward to getting back ASAP. Namaste
