Almost midnight and still waiting to hear back from anyone about the status of a vaccine that was being delivered from somewhere in Westchester County. Arrived at 7pm. The most uncomfortable room with blood stains on the bedding and a chair that is less comfortable than the ones in the waiting area.
The ER was jammed up people on gurnies line the halls. Patient wasn't given meds and detained in PODs (jail cells) 4 days. Not enough parking due to construction. Just an awful experience. The one star was for the positive staff.
Don’t come here unless you want to be forgotten by nurses, forced to do blood tests you said multiple times you don’t want, and held hostage from being discharged to stay overnight.
Checked in 6:30 PM at the emergency room , and it's obvious for something emergency , the nurse Checked on me at 8:30 PM .... 2 hours waiting at the emergency room, what an emergency!!!
