I’m actually here in the ER as I write this. Shout out to one of the transport gentlemen who was so kind and compassionate to a patient who was vomiting in The bathroom two feet from me. He was so kind that I had to write this. He wears black scrubs, black head rag and lots of tattoos!!! Koodos to you for your kindness 🤗 This gentleman deserves a raise
I went here for a tooth/gum infection and severe pain. The receptionist seemed annoyed at everything 🤷. But the staff Roberto was helpful and kind to me (helping me find my lost charger) and being patient and helpful to everyone. I got triaged and into a room within 30 minutes of getting there, and then it took an hour for the doctor to see me, which is not bad timing. The doctor was focused but nice. She gave me suggestions where to go and prescribed antibiotics. I was also given a painkiller IM but I don't think it's work... read more
Never coming back here, I'll die before trusting these people with my life They have the most unprofessional reception staff, they make you feel inhuman and like they don't give a single shit about you I walked up to the counter to greet the girl, and she just stared at me like a 12 year old until I started speaking, then proceeded to give me an attitiude as she took my ID and disappeared into the back for 15 minutes with no warning I left, and went to Crystal Run, where the staff makes you feel cared for and comfortable.
I recently visited Nyack Hospital after cutting off part of my finger while cooking, and the experience was absolutely horrible. I arrived in hysterics, dripping blood, and in severe pain, but the lack of urgency from the staff was shocking. My husband parked in front of the hospital to get me inside as quickly as possible, but the security guard was more concerned about the car being there than helping me.
