Shusterman doesn't deserve to be called a renowned urologist. This guy must prove his qualifications as a specialist in urology and particularly his ability to communicate with patients. His arrogance and absence of empathy are well-known and can't be ignored. This person must be deprived of the license for execution duties of a urologist.
