I started training at the Sports Science Lab in 2024 to stay conditioned for my varsity soccer season at Notre Dame Academy. The Science Lab tested my strength, speed and agility with their state of the art equipment and gave me a baseline to work from. My trainer Ben is so knowledgeable and holds me accountable, which is so important in my process. I want to thank Dr. Piazza, Ben and the Sports Lab for encouraging me to get the best from me!
I have been to several Physical Therapy practices over the years and this is by far the best practice I have been treated by.
My son has been going to Sport Science since Sept of 21. He works with Ben and has learned proper technique. Ben has a great rapport with him. I love the approach to using scientifically based assessment to target areas for training. He is not developing bad habits and the training is helping to enhance his athletic performance
The therapist Rashan is very knowledgeable and funny. Great place for PT
