Very warm and caring. Wanted to understand why I was in pain and what we could do moving forward with different treatments. I really still need that epidural PA approved, but other than that, we are golden. 🫶
Disorganized! That’s scary for Pain Management and this is not my first rodeo! I asked to be put with an experienced doctor because of all my medical needs. They gave me someone who’s fresh out of school. Asked to be switched to a more experienced doctor was supposed to get a call back and was lied about the call back no voicemail no missed.
