Edit 7/21/26: Office reached out to me and they were able to clear up the misunderstanding and double billing. Really appreciate them for reaching out and helping solve the issue! Receptionists made a mistake with billing and I was billed twice for my mouth guard and when I tried to dispute it she just didn't know what to do. During my appointment, another patient came in and was upset about her billing as well so I'm guessing it was not the first time happening. For a visit to the dentist, it's actually pretty great. I've only ever had good experiences with the friendly expert staff who always make things better.

I decided to betray my original dentist and glad I did! I came for a teeth cleaning to establish care, and the dental hygienist was the gentlest I’ve ever had before. I had some questions about a previous filling, and he reassured me that there was nothing to do if I wasn’t having any issues. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail.
