I was very disappointed with NY Q Nails. I made an appointment and was completely ghosted at the time of my appointment. I waited around for a half an hour past my appointment in which I also called about 10 times when I realized no one was there but no answer and voicemail box full. Unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere.
