Had an appointment at 1:30pm and was not seen by a doctor until 3pm. The receptionists and doctors were entirely unapologetic about the delay! Do not visit this practice if you need urgent care.

I visited the clinic today after a recent fall to have my bones checked. John at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were just as warm, energetic, and enthusiastic — it really made the visit feel welcoming. The doctor was professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the whole experience from check-in to consultation was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this clinic!
