I had an appointment with Dr. Matthew regarding my knee. I had already undergone an MRI at another facility and brought the report with me for his review. However, it felt like he dismissed it without giving it proper attention—his exact words were, “they’re just words.” He briefly examined my knee, comparing it to the other, and said, “Do you feel that?”—implying that surgery was the only solution, with no room for discussion. Dr Mendez could have done a better job with regard to my case. Towards the end, I was disappointed with him and his PA.
